1. Agreement

By accessing or using SalexHub (salexhub.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The platform is operated by Salex Hub Commercial Brokers L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The Service

SalexHub is a CRM and marketing platform with built-in AI agents. It is organized as modules on one object model: core CRM, sales and quotes, marketing, automation, reports and dashboards, and Website Studio. Available modules and features vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account with others or use the platform for illegal purposes.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

SalexHub offers paid subscription plans plus metered AI usage billed in credits. Current pricing, including early-access terms and AI credit packs, is published on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Your Data

Data you import or create inside SalexHub (contacts, deals, content) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SalexHub to send spam, violate any applicable law, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SalexHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
