Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Register, invite your team, and use the platform. The only thing you can pay for today is an AI credit top-up pack — and only if you choose to.
What are credits?
Credits are the unit for metered AI work. When Salex or a specialized agent does something for you — drafts a follow-up, analyzes a pipeline, runs an automation step that needs judgment — that run consumes credits. Every new organization starts with credits included, so agents work from day one.
What happens when credits run out?
Your CRM keeps working — records, quotes, reports, everything. Only AI agent work pauses until you top up. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked.
What will subscriptions cost?
Subscription pricing isn't final yet. Tiers will be priced per module — start with the core, add modules as you grow — and final prices will be published on this page before anything becomes payable.
What happens to my data?
Data you import or create in SalexHub belongs to you — that's written into our Terms, not just this page. It stays yours whether or not you ever pay us anything.
